The Pasíčka Rescue Station in Pardubice is a symbol of hope for wild animals in the Czech Republic. For a quarter of a century, it has been dedicated to the rescue of injured and weakened wild animals, with a mission to safely capture, treat, rehabilitate and then release animals back into the wild. The station, as the second largest of its kind in the Czech Republic, is constantly trying to improve conditions for its patients.
Our cooperation with the Pasíčka Rescue Station started five years ago and since then we have been not only its sponsors, but above all its partners. Every year we carry out joint projects such as charity calendars whose proceeds support the station, volunteer days with our colleagues, children's summer camps, the Agrofert Nature Trail and more.
Recently, the foundation stone was laid for a new multifunctional aviary complex that will make a major contribution to better patient care. This project was also supported by the ČEZ Foundation and the Pardubice Region, which will enable the expansion and modernisation of the existing capacities. The Rescue Station, which receives more than 1,700 animals a year, will move to a new level of quality and efficiency in the care of injured animals.
We believe that together we can achieve success and provide better conditions for the animals to recover and return to the wild.
