Strengthening synergies in our business locations

We are strengthening in Croatia. Our company Agronom d.o.o. will expand its portfolio of trade in commodities, fertilisers, seeds or plant protection products.

The local Agency for the Protection of Competition (AZTN) has approved the acquisition of direct control over Ruris Agro by Agronom d.o.o., part of the AGROFERT group. With the planned acquisition, we expect to further diversify and deepen synergies in our business locations.
